Tej

Tej Kaur Khalsa has been a student of Yogi Bhajan since the early 1970’s. She is the Custodian of the Archives of the Teachings of Yogi Bhajan, and is a recognized authority on the Yogic Knowledge. She has been involved in numerous Yogi Bhajan publications as transcriber, editor, and compiler including the Woman’s Camp Series, “72 Stories of God, Good and Goods,” and “The Master’s Touch.” She holds a Masters Degree in Counseling, and for many years worked on Yogi Bhajan’s correspondence, receiving extensive training from him on yogic counseling. Her classes are occasions to enjoy deep meditative experiences and to learn vast amounts of yogic knowledge.

Sergio began his journey on this path over a decade ago. Having studied under Tej Khalsa, he is deeply committed to preserving the precision and integrity of the teachings.


His heart-centered classes invite you to drop fully into the practice — whether it’s an energizing, dynamic session or a deeply meditative one.

At the core of his work is the intention to help people return to their authentic selves. He believes that disconnection from one’s true essence is one of the biggest barriers to joy, and that embracing who we truly are opens the door to living life to its fullest.

Anastasia is a KRI certified Kundalini Yoga teacher. She holds Kundalini Yoga and Meditation classes as well as teaches at Teacher Trainings. Anastasia’s journey is fueled by a passion for mindfulness and presence, guiding others toward a healthier lifestyle through intentional living, preventing burnouts, and developing intuition for better guidance.


In her classes, she creates a nurturing space for individuals to experience physical and mental release, facilitating a reset and recharge for mind, body, and spirit, focusing on nervous and glandular systems nourishment to achieve a full-body awakening, bring the self to state of awareness, mindfulness and unlock the profound potential within.

Shehera has been practicing and teaching Kundalini Yoga for over a decade in the traditional lineage. Her classes blend breathwork, mantra, meditation, and sound healing to create grounded yet elevating experiences that awaken the inner light. With a background in psychology and years devoted to the healing arts, she guides students to reconnect with their truth, vitality, and spirit.

Dahiana is an Uruguay, South America born Los Angeles resident. Certified in many healing modalities such as Kundalini Yoga, Reiki, and Breathwork (by Wim Hof and David Elliott). Passionate and driven to share elevation through the Kundalini technologies for everyone’s greatest good.

Sansaree

Sansaree has been studying Kundalini Yoga, specifically with Tej, since 2007. She has completed more than twenty teacher training programs. Each training expanded her technical understanding of the kriyas and meditations, but more importantly, it deepened her relationship to the lineage and the responsibility of leading a room with clarity and integrity.
