Reconnect to the whispers of Mother Earth with Alexandra. To climb the inner heights, we must first root ourselves deeply by building stable and firm foundations. By remembering our connection to Mother Earth — our boundless giver — we find the grounding that allows true spiritual ascent.

The workshop will begin with an introduction of this concept, followed by strong and powerful breathing exercises to open the channels of perception. I will then guide participants into a shamanic journey to the lower world through the roots of the Tree of Life, connecting deeply to the heartbeat of the Earth.

After the journey, participants will be invited to write down the “treasures” they retrieved from the lower world, followed by integration and a Gong session.
